The first “Linguistic and NLP workshop for Aeronautics and Space: Language dimensions for the study of risks” was organised by the CLLE (UMR 523) laboratory and the University of Toulouse 2 Le Mirail, with the support of the Foundation for Advanced Research “Science and Technology for Aeronautics and Space” and sponsored by the Aerospace Valley World Competitiveness Cluster.

During this event, Safety Data gave the following presentations:
– The benefits of NLP for the categorisation of aviation safety incidents;
– The textual similarity approach for the analysis of aviation safety databases.
