This CNRS laboratory is specialised in the quantitative approach to linguistics, through the constitution and exploitation of large language corpora, written or oral. Our cooperation covers many areas from the training of PhD students to the signing of collaborative contracts for R&D projects.
CFH-Safety Data is a member of the Aerospace Valley Competitiveness Cluster since 2012 in the category of small dynamic companies. We take an active part in the life of the Cluster via groups including DAS (strategic activities), SSTA (security and safety in air transportation), and IHS (interaction man-system). Our R&D activities were presented at the national technology conference held in Arcachon in July 2013.

One of the world’s major airlines, Air France has greatly developed the process of experience feedback in the area of safety. The necessity for permanent monitoring enables to guarantee an optimal reaction by the aircraft crews when faced with operating incidents. The analysis environment PLUS forms part of this monitoring process used in several areas (cockpit, cabin, maintenance) and contributes to the global safety of the services that Air France provides to its customers.
Our work with Joliciel has led to the integration into our linguistic analysis chains of the syntactic analyser TALISAMANE which is the fruit of a thesis carried out by Joliciel at the CLLE-ERSS laboratory.
